Pure Designs – Terms of Service

Welcome to Pure Designs! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Orders

All orders are custom-made based on the information provided by the customer. Please review all names, dates, colors, sizes, and design details carefully before submitting your order. Once an order has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

3. Custom Orders

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, all custom orders are considered final.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error made by Pure Designs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, repair or replace the item.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including spelling, sizing, colors, or design choices that were approved before production.

5. Production and Shipping

Production times vary depending on the item and order volume. Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Pure Designs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Order Pickup

Customers who choose local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Orders should be picked up within a reasonable time after notification.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, and content created by Pure Designs remain the property of Pure Designs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

8. Customer Photos

With your permission, Pure Designs may use photographs of completed products for advertising, marketing, and social media purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pure Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

10. Changes to These Terms

Pure Designs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will apply to future orders.
