Pure Designs – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Pure Designs! We appreciate your business and are committed to delivering your custom order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Processing times vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated when your order is placed.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped after they have been completed and packaged. Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information, if available.

Shipping Delays

Pure Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pure Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to determine the best resolution.

If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first to file a claim. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related issues.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, customers will be notified when their order is ready. Please arrange pickup within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
